Affinity Direct Marketing

Meridian work in support of the strategic marketing campaigns of Insurance and Re-Insurance Companies in their business development for the promotion and selling of insurance policies in countries from Europe through to Asia Pacific.

These campaigns are ‘affinity-based’ marketing projects, where partnership relationships are developed with data owners (and agencies) and call centers to operate affinity programs.

We conduct front end investigative research of target list partners and call centers, the initial marketing of the initiative to prospective partners followed by the management and reporting processes involved in the roll out of such projects.

We deliver a full agency service role for these campaigns for our client(s).

  • List partner (sponsor) finding within designated countries -
    Meridian has many contacts and networks worldwide who aid in the search and negotiations for appropriate data list owners.  We investigate all the various opportunities available in the requested countries and develop data records for projects that match the required criteria.
  • Call Centre Partnership Development -
    All projects for a country will require appropriate and experienced call centres to deliver the project and hit required sales targets.  These centres need to meet all the standards for the in-country Financial Service regulatory authorities and be licensed correctly for the selling of insurance products. Meridian will select a short list of country centers to meet the correct standards required for further discussion and costing analysis for the project.
  • Some list partners will also be able to offer their own call centers for the selling campaigns.

The Call Center Management of Insurance Sales Projects

Meridian will:

  • Manage call centre operations
  • Deliver reports, Statistical analysis, and Sales figures
  • We have seasoned Contact Centre Managers, Client Services Managers, Project Managers, Supervisors and Quality Assurance Analysts in Europe and AsiaPac.
  • We can also run and manage projects from the List partner’s own Contact Centres, where we can conduct all the recruitment (where necessary), training, management, reporting and all other operational duties for the project to deliver success.
  • Meridian has existing relationships with partner Contact Centres in UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia-Pacific regions, some of whom already are regulated by the in-country Financial Service Regulatory Authorities for insurance selling.
  • We continue to add to these by forging new partnerships with centres who provide the services we require.

Meridian, if required can also operate in only the following capacity:

  • Affinity Marketing Brokerage Services:

We can work under the model of introducing and assuring the contractual agreements with list sponsors and receiving % of commissions on the success of the premiums received.  In this case the insurance partners manage the call center project.

We may also introduce the data sponsor and manage the day to day operations of the call center under fixed costs for managing the sites, plus a % of commissions on the success of the premiums received.
